.Pud recipe.

.protein pud recipe.

1/2-1 cup of greek yogurt
1/2-1 scoop of your favourite chocolate or any flavoured protein powder
1 tsp of cocoa
1-2 tsp of hot chocolate powder
swirl of agave syrup
vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Then add your desired toppings!

 Delicious.....



Something fresh, crunchy and salty to counter act the sweet overload of ma breaky......


 Half way through....you can now see the baked oatmeal!
