Breakfast: 

Porridge with milk and apples stewed in cinnamon & vanilla, dried apricots & pear crisps, cane sugar, natural yogurt, fresh plums and dark chocolate.




adding one more tablespoon of oats to the mixed made the porridge double in size I swear!
