"Small matters might grow" 


.Breakfast. 

 Wednesday: Ground bran flakes & muesli soaked in milk, with maple agave, dried fruit, natural yogurt, plums & berries with peanut butter and honey. 

 Evening: banana nut porridge with milk, dried apricots, berries, yogurt and sunbutter.

Today: Wholemeal toast with peanut butter, honey & blackcurrant conserve (un-pictured), plums, berries and natural yogurt.
