WIAW

.Breakfasts for WIAW. 

1.


Porridge with added spelt, milk, sultanas, golden syrup. Tea. 

Later I added peanut butter and fruit...both un-pictured.

2.
porridge with milk, sultanas, brown sugar, fresh home grown figs , raspberries, peanut butter & chocolate chips. White tea with pomegranate. 

3. 
Blueberry Apple Cake with flora spread, almond butter and chocolate, fresh berries with yogurt on the side. White tea.
