Be better than Yesterday....... 


.Breakfast.

Pumpkin chickpea blondie with greek yogurt, frozen berries, apple & grapes, caramel yogurt sauce, chopped dried apple and prunes1/2 tsp of better n peanut butter and chocolate protein drizzle. Green Tea.
 Teatime treat: Pumpkin blondie with a little greek yogurt and raspberries
