I'm on a pumpkin kick at the moment, specially when I make my pumpkin topping,
- Can of pumpkin
- sugar/stevia (1-2 tsp)
- tiny amount of vanilla soya milk
Mix all these ingredients together.....and hey presto....u have a sweet, delicious, healthy pumpkin dip!
Ok so this dip helped me make these breakfast babies....Coconut Pumpkin Cookies!
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 150g pumpkin (canned or dip as made above)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tsp caramel flavour
- 1 cup almond milk
