Your day was: prepared......?

My day was repaired 


Because I felt broken yesterday. 

An old favourite. 
Bran flakes soaked in almond milk with raisins, dried apple, fig pieces, pumpkin dip, cocoa powder, grapes, frozen berries, protein frosting (underneath fruit), apple. Tea with milk and white tea as-well!
